The standard contracts and documents covered in your subscription plan include: Founder Agreements, LLC Operating Agreements and Member Resolutions, Bylaws, Shareholder Agreements, Employment and Contractor Agreements, Service Agreements, IP Assignment Agreements, NDAs, and Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies.

Additional costs, including filing fees and litigation expenses are not covered in your monthly flat-rate fee. These costs and expenses will be billed separately as they are incurred.

While our firm handles dispute business litigation matters, these are not included in the On Demand General Counsel or Outside General Counsel subscription plans. Limited dispute resolution matters are included in the Fractional General Counsel Subscription plan, but not all litigation services are included in that plan.
