about allison
Manning Carroll Law LLC was founded in 2019 by Alison Manning-Carroll, a Nashville native and entrepreneur in her own right. Allison’s guiding light for this venture was to support small business owners by offering her expertise in law, assisting them through the various steps of business protection. Prior to launching Manning Carroll Law, Allison spent several years as a trial attorney for the world’s largest retailers, she also focused on litigating family law disputes. The overarching theme of Alison’s business is to offer services that are as accessible and affordable as possible for her clients. As someone who has been on the same journey, she is able to draw on her own experiences and bring a professional, transparent, and accessible approach to her job.
