Demand Letter + Civil Litigation

Business Dispute Resolution Services

At Manning Carroll Law, we provide dispute resolution services to small businesses. When possible, we make our quality legal services accessible and affordable by offering flat fee pricing arrangements for most services, so you will know exactly what your legal fees will be before we begin working for you. Our dispute resolution services include:

Our Demand Letters are customized to fit your needs. This service includes:

30 minute conference for us to obtain an understanding of your needs

A detailed demand letter customized to fit those needs

*starting at $500 for a simple demand letter; starting at $1500 for a complex demand letter (fee varies depending upon lease length and complexity)

Our skilled attorneys have experience litigating business disputes of all values and complexity. Due to the uncertain nature of litigation, we offer our dispute resolution services on an hourly basis depending on the professional performing the services. At the conclusion of the initial consultation, we will determine the appropriate retainer fee to get us started working on your case.

The list above is not an exhaustive list of all of the services we provide. If you do not see a specific service that you require, please let us know. We would be happy to customize a flat-fee or subscription plan to meet your specific needs.
